    This irresistible ice cream features balanced notes of fresh, fruity strawberries and velvety yoghurt – a refreshing summer delight.

    The exquisite taste of the Sprüngli ice creams comes from the ingredients: 11% real pistachios and real strawberry pulp instead of artificial flavourings, real couverture instead of chocolate powder, and real vanilla instead of artificial vanillin.
    These ingredients alone are responsible for the summery fresh colours. But the source of the fresh ingredients is just as important for us. Cream, sugar and free-range eggs are from Switzerland.

    The art of handcrafted confectionery is the passion of Confiserie Sprüngli and has a tradition of more than 180 years in the family-owned company. This craftsmanship requires a team of specialists that allows the traditional recipes to mature over the decades and leads into the future with the necessary creativity.
