The Sprüngli original: Amaretti with kirsch mousse
The classic Sprüngli Amaretti is filled with an airy kirsch mousse, combined with a melt-in-the-mouth chocolate base of grand cru chocolate, 65% cocoa, and hand-dusted with icing sugar. The subtle almond cookie is a perfect accompaniment to Italian coffee or simply an exquisite dessert. The bittersweet flavour of the Amaretti, combined with the strong, intense note of the coffee, makes for a perfect coffee break every time and adds a hint of Italian flair.
A fresh interpretation of the Italian classic
Our Sprüngli Amaretti is now supplemented by four enticing flavours of the Italian almond cookie: Amaretti Chocolate, Coconut, Limoncello and Champagne. One of the four varieties will be available each quarter alongside the classic Amaretti Kirsch.
Amaretti with chocolate
The Amaretti Chocolate is filled with an intense chocolate ganache, finished with finest dark chocolate and dusted with cocoa powder.

The Amaretti Coconut with its exotic coconut filling is enhanced with best white chocolate and sprinkled with fine desiccated coconut.
April - June
Amaretti with Limoncello
The Amaretti Limoncello, with a light limoncello mousse filling, is finished with finest Swiss milk chocolate and dusted with icing sugar.
July - September
Amaretti with champagne
The Amaretti Champagne with the creamy core of gorgeously smooth chocolate ganache and champagne is finished and drizzled with finest dark chocolate.
